M2 bus to “SS Great Britain” stop → 5 min walk

 Cross‑harbour ferry from Hanover Quay → dockyard entrance

Monday–Friday 08:30–18:15 and weekends 10:30–17:30

A hop‑on/hop‑off river ferry also stops nearby—great for reaching the dockyard from Canon's Marsh

 Festival Way → bike racks at Brunel Square

Follow Harbourside signage → park at Maritime Heritage Centre (£5.60, up to 5h)

Follow signs for the Harbourside and the brown “anchor” tourist signs.

Check Bristol’s Clean Air Zone rules—some vehicles may require a daily charge

Be aware: a bus-gate is in place on Cumberland Road near the site—watch for signage
